Our goal is to deliver the outcomes in accordance with the proposal’s terms and circumstances. However, if a client is dissatisfied with the outcomes and wishes to pursue a dispute resolution procedure, we will examine refund claims in accordance with our policies.

  • If the project or service is dismissed or halted at the start of the design phase. Or under the circumstance that the client does not like the work, we will reimburse the payment within two weeks.
  • If the project is in the second design phase and already running towards finalization and the client asks for a refund, we offer a partial refund in that situation.
  • Lastly, if the design is in the final phases and a client asks for a refund, we do not offer refunds in such cases.
